More than half of Sudan’s population is in desperate need of aid.

The ongoing civil war between the Sudanese Armed Forces (SAF) and the Rapid Support Forces (RSF) has trapped Sudan in the world’s largest displacement crisis. Civilians are indiscriminately tortured and killed, while women and children face a relentless nightmare of gender-based violence, abuse, and exploitation.

Nearly 26 million people are caught in a cycle of war, hunger, and disease.

  • 11.6 million people internally displaced
  • 50% are <18 years old
  • 3 million refugees displaced

As basic infrastructure crumbles, millions of people are left without clean water, healthcare, or shelter. Deadly outbreaks of diseases like cholera and dengue fever have rapidly spread, further endangering already vulnerable and injured people.

We are delivering essential items such as food, medicine, and hygiene supplies to families in dire need. These efforts bring dignity and relief to people caught in the crossfire.

In Uganda’s isolated Kiryandongo refugee camp, newly arriving Sudanese children face overcrowded schools and limited supplies. Alongside our local partner, Giving Refugees Hope International, we distributed shoes and school supplies to 600 children, helping them continue their education.

We also returned to Kiryandongo with a goat distribution for 100 families to restore livelihoods and create income opportunities.

In partnership with Tafawol, we empowered 40 Sudanese refugees—particularly women—with the business training, resources, and microgrants to start their own small businesses and fuel their new journeys in Cairo.

You can help Sudanese refugees.
